Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate dental hygiene care to patients of all ages
• Perform thorough dental cleanings and comprehensive oral health assessments
• Educate patients on preventive care and oral hygiene techniques
• Collaborate with dentists to develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure a safe, sterile environment

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist license required
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with dental practice management software is a plus
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental anatomy, periodontology, and preventive care
• Proficiency in taking and processing dental x-rays
• Excellent patient education and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental practice
• Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
• Understanding of infection control and OSHA standards
