Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding dental hygiene care to every patient
• Perform cleanings, scaling and root planing with precision
• Take digital x-rays and assist with diagnosis
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
• Maintain a safe, sterile clinical environment
• Partner with the dental team to create positive patient experiences

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Experience with dental radiography and charting
• Excellent communication and patient-centered mindset
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Familiarity with digital radiography and dental software
• Understanding of infection control and sterilization standards
• Skilled in patient education and chairside communication
• Strong attention to detail and time management
