Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dental hygiene care with professional cleanings and assessments
• Partner with dentists to identify and prevent oral health issues early
• Empower patients with personalized education on hygiene and preventive care
• Capture high-quality dental X-rays for accurate diagnosis
• Apply topical treatments like fluoride and sealants to protect smiles
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure a clean, safe environment

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania required
• Current CPR certification is a must
• Experience in clinical dental hygiene preferred
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while being a team player

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of dental instruments, sterilization, and safety protocols
• Proficiency in taking and interpreting dental radiographs
• Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with patients
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high standards
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
