Roles & Responsibilities

• Circulate during complex cardiovascular surgeries including CABG, TAVR, and VATS
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor patient vitals and manage intraoperative care
• Maintain sterile field and assist with surgical instrumentation
• Document patient care accurately in Meditech system

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida or compact state
• Minimum 1 year of CVOR experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong circulating skills and proficiency in cardiac procedures

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in circulating for open heart and minimally invasive cardiac surgeries
• Proficient in CABG, TAVR, VATS procedures
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced OR environment
