Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide individualized physical therapy treatments to help patients regain mobility and function
Develop and implement comprehensive care plans based on patient assessments
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care strategies
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes for each patient
Contribute to a positive, healing environment where every patient feels supported

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Ohio
Experience in an outpatient or acute care setting is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques
Knowledge of rehabilitation principles and evidence-based practice
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Patient education and motivational interviewing skills
