Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy services to help patients regain mobility and strength
Provide compassionate inpatient care on Saturdays to support patients during their recovery journey
Develop personalized treatment plans that empower patients to achieve their wellness goals
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless, high-quality patient experiences
Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques for continued progress at home

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapist license in California
Strong clinical skills in both outpatient and inpatient settings
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Commitment to patient-centered care and positive outcomes

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient physical therapy techniques and best practices
Inpatient care protocols and safety standards
Patient assessment and individualized treatment planning
Clear documentation and progress tracking
Team collaboration and interdisciplinary communication
