Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility and function
• Track patient progress and adjust treatments for the best outcomes
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and the care team to ensure coordinated care

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Washington State
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy or physical therapist assistant program
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care preferred
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient assessment and clinical reasoning skills
• Knowledge of therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
