Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance disorders
Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and improve quality of life
Collaborate with a dedicated team of PTA's and rehab aides to provide comprehensive care
Document patient progress using Cerner EMR system
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapist license
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
At least 2 supervisory references within the past 12 months and 3 years
Not employed by any CommonSpirit/CHI/Dignity facility within the past year

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in outpatient orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
Proficiency with Cerner electronic medical records
Strong vestibular and balance assessment and treatment skills
Ability to manage a daily caseload of 9-11 patients
