Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy care to a diverse patient population
Treat approximately 12 patients per day with a focus on orthopedic conditions
Provide comprehensive evaluations and individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OTs and SLPs
Support acute care coverage when needed to expand your clinical impact
Document patient progress and communicate effectively with referring providers

Qualifications

Current Oregon Physical Therapist license (can be obtained after submittal)
Outpatient physical therapy experience required
BLS certification required
Acute care experience is a plus but not mandatory
Strong clinical skills across a variety of diagnoses typical in a small-town setting

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient physical therapy expertise with orthopedic focus
Ability to manage a full caseload of 12 patients daily
Flexibility to assist with acute inpatient coverage when needed
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Comfort working independently in a community-based setting
