Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional physical therapy care across both inpatient and outpatient settings
Treat a diverse caseload including general, wound, ortho, neuro, and debility patients
Collaborate with PTAs and rehab techs to deliver comprehensive treatment plans
Precept students or new staff as needed to support team growth
Document care accurately and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team
Help patients regain mobility and independence in a supportive critical access environment

Qualifications

Active Texas PT license and national PT license required
BLS certification required
IP/OP experience strongly preferred
Wound care experience is a plus but not required
Open to both new graduates and experienced therapists

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills across acute, skilled, and outpatient settings
Ability to manage a variety of diagnoses including fractures, sports injuries, and neuro cases
Comfortable working independently while knowing support is available
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Flexible and reliable with a positive, can-do attitude
