End Date: 09-07-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with varied start times between 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM and end times between 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM; may require a Saturday or Sunday shift with a day off during the week

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional physical therapy services across acute care units including med-surg, tele, ICU, and oncology
Deliver specialized care to ventilated patients and those recovering from cardiac surgeries
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create personalized treatment plans
Support patients through ortho and total joint rehabilitation journeys
Adapt therapy approaches to meet the unique needs of each patient population

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in California
Current BLS certification
Minimum 2 years of acute care physical therapy experience
Experience with ortho, total joints, ICU, and ventilated patients
Proficiency with Cerner EMR system

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities
Experience across multiple acute care specialties
Comfort working with complex cardiac surgery patients
Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced hospital environments
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
