Pharmacist – UHC Staffing

Pharmacist

Location: Tuba City, Arizona

Start Date: 06-01-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts including weekdays and weekends, 4/10 hour days with flexible start times (8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, or 12:00 PM)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services to patients
Ensure consistent level of service according to TCRHCC policies
Direct patient care and services to various patient populations
Administer policies and procedures
Direct programs and activities in accordance with TCRHCC's mission, vision, and values

Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from a school recognized by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education
Current valid and unrestricted license to practice Pharmacy in a State or Territory of the United States
Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Pharmacist
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Clinical Pharmacist

Education

Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree
