Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during patient procedures and treatments
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
• Take dental X-rays and impressions as needed
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and braces care
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
• Provide exceptional patient care and support throughout visits

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent certification
• Valid X-ray certification
• CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in orthodontics preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Proficiency with dental software (e.g., Denticon)
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent patient interaction and customer service skills
