Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages
• Assess, triage, and stabilize patients in a fast-paced ER environment
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to deliver optimal outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
• Educate patients and their families on discharge instructions and follow-up care

Qualifications

• Current and active California RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Previous ER or acute care experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Emergency nursing principles and triage protocols
• Patient assessment and critical care monitoring
• Medication administration and IV therapy
• Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation
• Team collaboration and patient advocacy
• Crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
