Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings and prophylaxis for patients of all ages
• Assess oral health and identify potential areas of concern
• Capture and develop dental x-rays following safety protocols
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Assist the dentist during procedures and examinations
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation
• Sterilize and organize dental instruments and treatment rooms
• Deliver a welcoming and comforting patient experience

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental environment
• Previous experience in a dental practice is preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and instrumentation
• Knowledge of dental radiology and safety standards
• Strong attention to detail and clinical accuracy
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Effective time management and organizational skills
