Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and scale teeth to maintain oral health
• Assess patients' oral hygiene and provide personalized education
• Take and develop dental X-rays to assist in diagnosis
• Apply preventive treatments like fluoride and sealants
• Document patient care and maintain accurate health records
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Dental Hygienist license
• Certification in CPR
• Prior experience as a dental hygienist is preferred
• Strong patient communication and care skills
• Availability to work the scheduled Monday shift

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with dental hygiene tools and equipment
• Knowledge of dental radiography and safety protocols
• Excellent interpersonal and patient education abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to infection control
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
