Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide thorough dental cleanings and prophylaxis treatments to patients of all ages
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Take dental X-rays and perform intraoral scans as needed
• Assist the dentist during procedures and ensure a comfortable patient experience
• Maintain accurate patient records and update treatment plans
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
• Graduate from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work evening shifts, including evenings until midnight
• Experience in a dental office setting preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and oral health
• Proficient in using dental instruments and equipment
• Strong patient education and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Knowledge of dental software and record-keeping
