Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients, including cleanings and assessments
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Take and develop dental x-rays as needed
• Assist the dentist during procedures to ensure a smooth patient experience
• Document patient care accurately in the dental records
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin (or willing to obtain)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene (or equivalent)
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work flexible evening hours as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and best practices
• Proficiency in taking dental radiographs
• Familiarity with dental charting and scheduling software
• Commitment to maintaining a sterile and safe environment
• Customer service focused with a gentle and caring approach
