Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding dental hygiene care and preventive services to patients
• Educate patients on effective oral hygiene practices and treatment plans
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated dental assistant to keep visits smooth and efficient
• Maintain a comfortable, safe, and welcoming clinical environment
• Accurately document patient assessments and care provided
• Support the dental team to ensure every patient leaves with a healthy smile

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of New Jersey
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent patient communication and chairside manner
• Ability to work efficiently with an assistant in a fast-paced dental practice
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of dental hygiene techniques and best practices
• Proficiency with dental charting and patient documentation
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to build rapport with patients and put them at ease
• Team player with a positive attitude
