Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort throughout
• Prepare and sterilize instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms for each patient
• Take impressions, pour models, and prepare orthodontic appliances
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care instructions
• Maintain accurate patient records and support smooth daily operations
• Uphold strict infection control and safety standards at all times

Qualifications

• Active Orthodontic Certification is required
• Hands-on experience as a Dental Assistant or Orthodontic Assistant
• Experience with Denticon or similar dental practice management software is a plus
• A warm, professional chairside manner and strong patient focus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced orthodontic environment

• Knowledge of orthodontic procedures, tools, and materials
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills
• Sterilization and infection control best practices
• Time management and multitasking abilities
• Teamwork and collaboration with clinical staff
• Comfort using dental software for scheduling and documentation
