Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy interventions with skill and compassion, following each patient's plan of care
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment to ensure continuity of care
• Empower patients through education and tailored home exercise programs
• Communicate clearly with the supervising PT to optimize each patient's recovery
• Maintain the highest standards of safety, infection control, and compliance

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active state PTA license, or the ability to obtain one
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to follow treatment plans effectively

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of compliance and infection control practices
• Skilled in interdisciplinary collaboration and communication
• Proficient in physical therapy interventions and treatment implementation
• Experienced in patient education and home exercise program instruction
• Detail-oriented documentation of patient progress
