Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide warm, compassionate care to patients and assist with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and eating
• Keep a watchful eye on patient vitals and report any changes to the nursing team
• Help patients move safely, whether it's getting out of bed or taking a walk around the unit
• Maintain a clean and comforting environment that promotes healing
• Be a reassuring presence for patients and their families

Qualifications

• You're a certified CNA in California with a current BLS/CPR card
• You have experience working in a healthcare setting (but we're happy to train the right candidate!)
• You're physically able to assist with patient transfers and lifting
• You're compassionate, patient, and a great communicator

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of basic patient care and infection control
• Comfortable using vital signs monitors and other equipment
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
