Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, efficient care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced urgent care setting
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Educate patients and families on health management and follow-up care
• Collaborate with providers and team members to ensure excellent patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Active RN license in California
• Current BLS certification
• Previous urgent care or emergency department experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of urgent care protocols and procedures
• Skilled in IV insertion, wound care, and patient triage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient with electronic health records
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs
