Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing staff
• Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, following infection control standards
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to promote quality care

Qualifications

• Current California CNA certification
• CPR/BLS certification
• Previous experience as a CNA preferred but not required
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Excellent observational and documentation skills
