Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to sub-acute patients
• Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient responses
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to develop individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management and recovery
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Assess patient conditions and adjust care plans as needed

Qualifications

• Current California RN license in good standing
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Previous experience in sub-acute, long-term care, or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of nursing best practices and patient care standards
• Skill in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
