Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care, including cleanings and preventative treatments
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and at-home care techniques
• Maintain accurate patient records and chart dental conditions
• Collaborate with a dedicated dental assistant to ensure smooth patient flow
• Ensure a comfortable and safe environment for every patient

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in New Jersey
• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work efficiently in half-hour appointment slots

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene techniques, instruments, and sterilization protocols
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with patients
• Attention to detail for accurate patient documentation
• Time management skills to keep appointments on schedule
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the dental team
