Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional preventive dental care, including cleanings and patient education
• Perform thorough dental assessments and document patient oral health
• Assist the dentist during procedures and ensure patient comfort
• Take and process dental x-rays as needed
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventative care
• Maintain a sterile and organized clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in clinical dental hygiene preferred
• Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule and step in on short notice

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols
• Proficiency in using dental practice management software
• Skill in taking and interpreting dental x-rays
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
