Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in life-saving surgeries in a high-acuity Level 1 Trauma center
Maintain sterile fields and ensure seamless OR operations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care
Respond to urgent calls with precision and composure
Support burn procedures and contribute to top-rated surgical outcomes

Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) license required
Travel experience in healthcare settings
Proven Level 1 Trauma center experience
High proficiency ratings across surgical skills
Burn experience strongly preferred

Education

Completion of accredited Surgical Technology program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in trauma and burn surgical procedures
Sterile technique and OR instrumentation mastery
Quick thinking under pressure in fast-paced environments
Strong teamwork and communication in high-stakes settings
