Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized occupational therapy plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate care
• Document progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and adaptive equipment

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in New Hampshire
• Minimum of 0 years of experience (entry‑level acceptable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient‑centered care
