Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients based on physician orders and referrals
• Develop personalized treatment and discharge plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) per state practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to optimize care
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Master's or Doctoral degree)
• Active Wyoming OT license or the ability to obtain one
• Strong clinical skills with excellent documentation and communication abilities

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)

• Clinical evaluation and patient assessment
