Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills and independence
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliant records
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in Washington state
• Current BLS certification from AHA or equivalent
• Experience in acute care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of occupational therapy principles, assessments, and interventions
• Skill in creating and modifying treatment plans based on patient progress
• Ability to work independently and as an active team member
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
