Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate occupational therapy services to help patients achieve independence
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, patient-centered care
• Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes with accuracy and attention to detail
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
• Adapt treatment approaches to meet the physical, emotional, and cognitive needs of each patient

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Washington
• NBCOT certification
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
• Previous experience in rehab, skilled nursing, or acute care preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate, patient-first approach to care
• Adaptability and problem-solving mindset
