Location: Tacoma, WA

Start Date: 06-14-2026

End Date: 09-13-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with occasional weekends and call

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform nuclear medicine procedures including stress tests, bone scans, thyroid studies, and GI procedures
Start IVs and administer radiopharmaceuticals as needed
Operate advanced imaging equipment (GE, Philips) and manage studies using EPIC, McKesson PACS, and CVPACS
Collaborate with radiologists to ensure accurate diagnostic images
Maintain a safe and sterile environment for patients and staff

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Active BLS certification required
ARRT-N or NMTCB certification required
Washington state license required
Proficiency with EPIC, McKesson PACS, and CVPACS
Must not have worked with CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity Health within the past year

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in performing stress tests, bone scans, thyroid studies, and GI procedures
Proficient in IV starts and radiopharmaceutical administration
Familiar with GE and Philips gamma cameras
Knowledge of radiation safety and quality control protocols
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
