End Date: 09-28-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (daytime hours, staff rotate)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Set up and maintain sterile fields for urology procedures
Assist providers during cystoscopies, prostate biopsies, and catheter placements
Provide compassionate care to patients with BPH, hematuria, UTIs, and other urologic conditions
Support a busy clinic seeing 33-40 patients daily alongside a collaborative care team
Float to other specialty clinics when needed while keeping the same rewarding duties

Qualifications

Active LPN/LVN license in North Dakota
Current BLS certification
Ability to set up sterile fields and assist in procedures
Experience placing catheters preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Sterile field setup and procedure assistance
Catheter placement techniques
Patient education and compassionate bedside manner
Collaboration with lead nurses, supervisors, and clinic administrators
