Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and adjust care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and ensure compliance with safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Maine
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Ability to pass background checks and comply with facility requirements
- Willingness to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a documented medical/religious exemption
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of nursing care principles and practices
- Strong observation and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation
