Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient status
- Collaborate with RNs and care team members on resident care plans
- Assist with daily living activities and ensure resident comfort
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records and documentation
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Maine
- CPR/BLS certification required
- COVID-19 vaccination or documented religious/medical exemption
- Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Must be able to provide a valid state or federal ID and wear a photo badge at all times
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and dosage calculations
- Wound care and basic life support
- Electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Infection control and safety protocols
- Clear communication and teamwork
- Compassionate, patient-centered care approach
