Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient status
• Collaborate with RNs and care team members on resident care plans
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure resident comfort
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records and documentation

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Maine
• CPR/BLS certification required
• COVID-19 vaccination or documented religious/medical exemption
• Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Must be able to provide a valid state or federal ID and wear a photo badge at all times

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and dosage calculations
• Wound care and basic life support
• Electronic health records (EHR) documentation
• Infection control and safety protocols
• Clear communication and teamwork
• Compassionate, patient-centered care approach
