Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients of all ages.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with patient assessments, wound care, and daily living activities.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and patient populations.
• Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education

• Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.
• Current and unrestricted LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and dosage calculations.
• Patient assessment and monitoring.
• Electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
• Wound care and infection control practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Time management and prioritization skills.
