Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the transplant services program so patients experience seamless, person-centered care
• Develop program strategy and infrastructure that aligns with organizational goals and improves clinical outcomes
• Collaborate with the Program Medical Director and stakeholders to implement best-practice clinical guidelines
• Oversee accreditation and certification efforts to ensure program compliance and excellence
• Design and coordinate professional training, patient education, and community outreach initiatives
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to improve care coordination and reduce unnecessary ED and inpatient visits
• Manage assigned staff, foster a high-performing team culture, and support recruitment and development
• Evaluate program outcomes, support grant activities, and use data to drive continuous quality improvement

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field (required)
• 8+ years of professional experience in Transplant Services and Peritoneal Dialysis operations (required)
• Proven leadership experience managing clinical programs and multidisciplinary teams
• Experience sustaining accreditation and specialty certification for clinical programs
• Strong grant writing and program/fiscal management experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable briefing executive leadership
• Proficiency with data management platforms, Microsoft Office, and developing outcome measures

Education

• Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Health Administration or related field (required)

• Leadership and team development with a focus on motivating clinical staff
• Program development, clinical operations, and quality improvement methodologies
• Stakeholder engagement and community outreach to build collaborative partnerships
• Resource and budget management, including grants oversight
• Familiarity with accreditation processes and standards of practice
• Patient education strategy and experience implementing person-centered care models
• Strong written communication for proposals, manuals, and reporting
• Comfort working with data platforms to measure performance and outcomes
