Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of nursing professionals to deliver exceptional patient care
- Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to improve outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient experience
- Manage staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation for the nursing department
Qualifications
- Active RN license in New Mexico (or compact state) is required
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Master's a plus
- Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and team-building abilities
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in long-term care regulations and quality improvement
- Proficiency in electronic health records and healthcare technology
- Ability to inspire and develop nursing staff at all levels
- Knowledge of infection control and patient safety best practices
