Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide critical care to patients in the emergency room
• Assess, triage, and treat patients with acute conditions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal outcomes
• Administer medications and perform life-saving procedures
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans

Qualifications

• Active California RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of ER experience preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Emergency nursing skills and protocols
• Ability to handle high-stress situations
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Quick decision-making and adaptability
