Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients
• Perform cleanings, exams, and patient education
• Assist dentists during procedures as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
• Sterilize equipment and ensure a clean, safe environment
• Collaborate with dental team to deliver top-quality care

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist license
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in a dental setting is a plus
• Commitment to continuing education and best practices

Education

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols
• Patient education and motivational interviewing
• Digital charting and dental software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
