Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dental hygiene care including cleanings, exams, and x-rays
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care techniques
• Assist dentists during procedures and maintain accurate patient records
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed at all times

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia (or compact eligible)
• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and instrumentation
• Knowledge of infection control standards and OSHA regulations
• Patient education and chairside manner
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
