Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontist with braces and Invisalign procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Take patient x-rays and impressions
• Provide patient education on oral care and appliance maintenance
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) preferred
• Experience with orthodontic procedures (braces, Invisalign)
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of orthodontic instruments and materials
• Proficiency in dental software for charting and scheduling
• Sterilization and infection control protocols
• Radiography certification (if applicable)
