Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide thorough dental cleanings and patient care in a fast-paced setting
• Enjoy streamlined 30-minute appointment slots with support from a dedicated dental assistant
• Focus on patient education and oral hygiene instruction
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient experiences
• Maintain patient records and ensure proper infection control protocols
• Assist with chairside duties as needed, excluding X-rays and comprehensive exams

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Dental Hygienist license
• Current CPR certification
• Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist or recent graduate with license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures
• Knowledge of oral health education
• Experience with dental charting software
• Strong infection control practices
• Ability to work with an assistant and utilize half-hour appointment slots
