Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care including cleanings, exams, and X-rays
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care techniques
• Collaborate with dentists to create personalized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold strict safety standards
• Make a positive impact on patient smiles and confidence every day

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia (or compact eligibility)
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• No prior experience required - new grads are welcome!
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Clinical expertise in dental hygiene procedures
• Excellent patient education and rapport-building skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality care
• Proficiency with dental software and digital X-ray equipment
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment
