Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch dental cleanings with a patient-first approach, supported by your own dental assistant
• Build trusting relationships with patients while providing compassionate oral care
• Educate patients on at-home hygiene practices to promote long-term oral health
• Collaborate seamlessly with the dental team to ensure smooth, efficient appointments
• Maintain a safe, sterilized environment and adhere to all infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Valid Dental Hygienist license in New Jersey
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent chairside manner and communication skills
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, backfill assignment with ease
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in dental prophylaxis and periodontal care
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization techniques
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with patients and staff
• Time management skills to keep appointments on schedule
• Adaptability to work in different clinical environments
