Bill Rate: $43.00 - $52.00/hour

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality portable X-Ray exams using digital (DR) and computed (CR) equipment, then transmit images to Radiologists for interpretation.
  • Travel to nursing homes and healthcare facilities, unload and set up your equipment, and capture clinically diagnostic images with precision and care.
  • Administer EKGs when needed and transmit results to Cardiologists, playing a key role in patient diagnostics.
  • Scan and submit exam paperwork and billing documents daily, keeping everything accurate and on schedule.
  • Stay in close communication with dispatch and management, ensuring seamless coordination and timely service.
  • Build positive relationships with peers, supervisors, and clients through clear, professional communication.
  • Take pride in maintaining your vehicle and X-Ray equipment so you're always ready to deliver excellent care.

Qualifications

  • Current California state license and ARRT Certification (or ability to maintain both) - required
  • Valid driver's license in good standing - required
  • COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption - required
  • Ability to push/pull up to 50-100 lbs with the help of vehicle ramps and pulleys
  • A passion for mobile patient care and the flexibility to travel between facilities

Knowledge & Skills

  • Proficient in portable X-Ray imaging (DR & CR)
  • Skilled in radiologic technology and equipment maintenance
  • Ability to perform and transmit EKGs
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, clients, and team members
  • Solid understanding of safety and infection control in mobile healthcare settings
  • ARRT certification and state licensure as a foundation
