Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients
• Perform thorough cleanings and periodontal assessments
• Take and develop dental x-rays with precision
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
• Maintain strict sterilization and infection control standards
• Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure excellent patient experience

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Prior experience as a dental hygienist is preferred
• Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Proficiency with dental radiography
• Understanding of sterilization protocols
• Familiarity with dental software and records
• Excellent attention to detail and patient care
