Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients, including cleanings, exams, and preventive treatments
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care
• Obtain and interpret dental x-rays to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning
• Collaborate with dentists to create individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality
• Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols to protect patients and staff

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygiene license in the state of Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• No prior experience required - new graduates are welcome
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work evening shifts, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient education and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Proficiency with dental software and equipment
• Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures
