Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dental hygiene care to patients of all ages with a gentle and friendly approach
• Perform thorough dental assessments, documenting patient histories and oral health conditions
• Take and process dental x-rays with precision and care, ensuring diagnostic quality
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care strategies
• Assist the dentist during procedures and ensure a comfortable patient experience
• Maintain strict infection control standards and sterilize dental instruments and equipment

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset
• Ability to work flexible per diem hours, including same-day placements
• Previous dental hygiene experience preferred but not required

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, instruments, and best practices
• Proficiency with dental software, digital x-rays, and patient management systems
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe clinical environment
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with dental professionals
